Letter Project Roughs
I chose the letter 'g' in Georgia font to work with on this project. These are all of my roughs. They are really not in any order and they are very messy. The final project will be much neater.
Most of them are well done. However, I think that you should indicate which one is Shape, Line, Direction, and etc. for each picture...I can't tell which one is which.
it is very lush shape – you have done a great job of creating 2 totally differently solutions to the problem G Designs 1 Line – a hovering on top gives a different use of the frame, while the 2nd one is much more directions – excellent job! – could be shape? Design 2 shape – these are very playful and read differently – one the black is the shape and 2 the white is the shape – the negative space makes the shape Design 3 direction. Again and large flowing movement and then a short pointed movement 2 good solutions for one problem Design 4 size *** great the g hanging down the bottom and that is very different to the larger size- good variety Design 5 texture – the breaking of the shapes and the overlapping is dynamic and playful as I shift from the black to white continuously Design 6 value – one is clean and one more random.
